FKM is excited to announce the release of its next generation of measurement services – Humanatic. As an extension of ValidConnect, our call measurement services, Humanatic categorizes tracked calls based on sales opportunity.
What is Humanatic?
Humanatic stands out from the competition in that it does not utilize computer programming to listen for “key words” (but makes no distinction based on the tone of the call) or listen to only a small sample of calls and then apply the findings against all inbound calls.
Instead, Humanatic is a platform engineered to filter qualified phone leads for you with exceedingly high levels of accuracy. It delivers a true picture of marketing ROI by evaluating the quality of incoming calls through native English speaking, US-based human reviewers. These human reviewers have the ability to pick up on the caller’s intent, the key element in qualifying a lead.
How does Humanatic work?
Within 24-48 hours of each call, Humanatic separates sales prospects from non-prospects and identifies your true cost-per-lead, as well as the number of legitimate sales opportunities generated by each advertising channel you use. Selected incoming calls are then displayed in an easily analyzable report where managers can take further action with the prospect.
How much does Humanatic cost?
There is a nominal fee to update your current Validconnect account to include Humanatic. However, if you are not currently using Validconnect for call measurement we would first need to create an account for you.
