With more than 15 years of public relations and marketing experience in corporate and agency settings, Bettie brings a broad range of communications expertise to FKM. A retail and consumer specialist, she provides strong counsel to clients based on past experience and creative thinking. Bettie is a proficient writer, a motivated problem-solver and a dedicated team leader. Her talent for directing outstanding public relations programs has been recognized with awards from the Texas Public Relations Association, the Houston Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators and the Houston Professional Chapter of Women in Communications.
Bryan Gaskill
Vice President, Brand Development Director
Bryan brings global brand experience to the FKM clients he manages. His business acumen is seen in how he nurtures agency relationships including advertising, brand compliance, driving marketing integration, financial performance and optimizing staffing and driving growth. Prior to FKM, Bryan was Global Manager Advertising and Brand Standards for Shell Lubricants and Managing Director, Partner JWT.
Carol Caposino
Vice President, Print Production
Carol has spent her entire career in an advertising agency. She began in accounting, moving on to estimating, then scheduling and is currently in print production management. Her experience ranges from magazine production to point-of-sale, sheet-fed and Web printing. Having an accounting background gives Carol the ability to understand client billing and estimate accurately. Having worked with some of the field's top creative directors, she's been exposed to top-notch creativity and responsible for top-notch production.
Dale Granda
Vice President, Managing Director, Lead Generation
Dale Granda brings years of Lead Generation experience to FKM. He leads an elite group specializing in print and Internet Yellow Pages, Search and Direct Marketing. His understanding of the customer, state-of-the-art analytics and strategic planning skills provides FKM clients with unparalleled results.
David Hadeler
Executive Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer
David Hadeler serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for FKM. Prior to joining FKM, he founded one of the most successful agencies in the Southwest, doing award-winning work for clients such as Subway, Verizon, Suzuki, Tony Roma's, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Bennigan's, Frito Lay, Texas Instruments, Zebco and – on a regional basis – Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Porsche. His agency was twice recognized by ADWEEK as the "Hottest Shop in the Southwest." After selling the firm, he taught at SMU's distinguished Temerlin Advertising Institute and consulted with national brands around the country before joining FKM. He is active in civic and community causes, including service as the voluntary regional director for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), as a lifetime board member and two-time former president of The Dallas All-Sports Association, and as a director for the Greater Dallas United Way. He is a frequent speaker at industry functions and events.
Hugh Dewitte
Vice President, Interactive Practice
As a digital leader, Hugh focuses on developing and in aligning interactive strategy with our client's business goals. Hugh has over 20 years of agency and client side experience in communication planning, web-based brand strategy and consumer behavior analysis. Before joining FKM, Hugh worked with imc2 as their CPG Group Strategy Director. In 2009, Forrester has ranked imc2 first in digital strategy nationally, due in part to Hugh's leadership. His clients included Always, Crest, Eukanuba, Gain, Iams, Millstone, MaxFactor, Olay, Secret, Prilosec and Tampax.
Jose Lozano
Senior Vice-President, Director of Mobile Marketing
Jose is recognized for his aptitude in creating holistic mobile campaigns for national brands such as Brinker, Kroger, Chick-fil-A, Fox Sports, Gold's Gym, US Army, and the Houston Astros. He has also developed successful mobile initiatives for non-traditional entities, ranging from non-profit organizations to Capitol Hill. His experience in both agency and client side mobile marketing allows him to build truly integrated mobile and digital campaigns that optimize a brand's current marketing plan. Jose brings years of entrepreneurial proficiency in mobile advertising and immersive technologies to his work, which means ROI is always front and center in every campaign.
Ken Ramage
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ken has worked in the advertising/marketing communications industry since 1983. He has been Chief Financial Officer at FKM since 2002. Prior to 2002, Ken worked in various financial management positions at Temerlin McClain in Irving and then at McCann-Erickson in both Dallas and Houston. He is currently responsible for all financial, legal, human resources and information technology functions at FKM. He has extensive knowledge of advertising agency/client accounting, compensation and contract issues.
Kyle Allen
Senior Vice-President, Media Director
Kyle has extensive media experience working on a wide variety of accounts ranging from business-to-business to retail and packaged goods. He's responsible for leading the planning and buying efforts for clients at the national, regional and local levels. He is well versed in the use of all major media research tools and is focused on seeking ways to turn data into insight. Kyle's 18 years as a media professional have given him the opportunity to work with all media types, including spot TV and radio, network broadcast, outdoor, newspaper, magazine and web.
Susan Hagler
Vice President, Human Resources Director
Susan's job as Human Resources Director can best be described as managing the work lives of generations of FKM associates. She's responsible for recruiting and staffing, regulatory concerns, employee orientation, policy development, compensation and benefits administration, employee services and counseling.
Valerie L. Moore
Senior Vice President, Brand Development Director
Valerie is a versatile marketing thinker who enjoys creating strategic communication solutions that connect brands and consumers. Her experience includes roles in account management, strategic planning, interactive marketing, and media planning. She's spent the last 23 years developing brand building and promotional advertising programs for clients in a wide variety of categories, including retail, consumer goods, and business-to-business.
