We like to think of ourselves as a really good case study. You know, there's a lot to be said about introspection. We took a long, hard look at FKM's 28-year-old brand and decided we were good at now but what was next?

This is how we did it.

Fortunately, we had all the elements of success. It was just a matter of aligning the brand with the vision. So, rather than organizing by task, we are now organized by need.

Our teams are now focused on supporting either consumer brand building or consumer brand activation. The old task walls came down. New walls went up. So now the sole mission is to take brands to the next level of growth. As a result, a stronger agency brand emerged. An agency with a clear vision and purpose. We like it a lot.
